**HMB Homes is looking for an experienced and proactive Civil Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE.**
* **📍 Location: UAE**
* **🕒 Joining: Immediate**
* **💼 Experience Required: 5–10 Years**
* **🏗️ Industry: Real Estate Development / Construction**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**• Oversee and supervise construction activities on\-site**
**• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards**
**• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams**
**• Monitor project progress, safety compliance, and technical execution**
**• Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications**
**• Prepare reports and resolve technical/site issues efficiently**
**Requirements:**
**✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering**
**✔ 5–10 years of UAE experience in construction or real estate development**
**✔ Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination**
**✔ Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills**
**✔ Ability to join immediately preferred**
