Site Civil Engineer

**Site Civil Engineer (Infrastructure, Landscape \& Construction Projects)** We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer with a proven track record in infrastructure, landscaping, and construction projects to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day site execution, ensuring strict compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects within the agreed timelines and budget. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and oversee on\-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed in line with drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times. * Monitor project progress, productivity, and material usage to minimize delays, wastage, and cost overruns. * Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly site progress reports, escalating critical issues to the Project Manager as needed. * Conduct inspections, implement quality control measures, and ensure all work meets the required standards. * Manage and oversee infrastructure works including underground utilities, paving, asphalt, and irrigation systems. * Handle landscaping works, including both soft and hard finishes, decorative elements, and hardscape furniture installations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of UAE site experience in infrastructure and landscaping projects. * Strong technical knowledge of drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures. * Hands\-on experience with infrastructure utilities, paving, asphalt, irrigation systems, and landscape finishing works. * Excellent leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
