Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Experience Representative – Short\-Term Rental (VA) **Job Description:** We are looking for a proactive Customer Experience Representative (Virtual Assistant) to manage guest communication and daily operations for short\-term rental properties (e.g., Airbnb). The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to checkout. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to guest inquiries via Airbnb, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner * Manage bookings, reservations, and calendar updates * Coordinate check\-ins, check\-outs, and guest instructions * Handle guest issues, complaints, and special requests efficiently * Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams * Monitor listings and ensure accuracy of property details * Maintain high response rate and guest satisfaction scores **Requirements:** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong problem\-solving and multitasking abilities * Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms (preferred) * Ability to work in night/rotational shifts (if required) * Basic knowledge of property management tools/CRMs is a plus **Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)**
