**Job Description** We are currently hiring a part time **Shopkeeper** in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Presents the shop in a friendly, inviting, and organized manner. Provides the Dogfish experience to guests on the go. Helps run the store: maintaining adequate stock levels and managing the payment process. **What You’ll Brew:** * Ensures superb service to customers through the prompt, friendly, and accurate processing of merchandise sales; verifies that buyers of alcohol to\-go are legal * Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of our merchandise, beer, and spirits to educate and provide the Dogfish experience to customers * Properly manages the charging and payment process to ensure accurate charging/billing of customers * Answers phones and maintains the store in a neat, well\-stocked, and ready for sale condition * Opens and closes the store and performs all related duties * Assists Lead Shopkeeper on execution of promotions, merchandising, store displays, and other initiatives **What Ingredients You’ll Bring:** ***Minimum Qualifications:*** * High School Diploma or GED * 1\+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment * Must be able to work weekends and holidays **Level:** 10 In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $16\.50 per hour. **Some Perks:** Our people are our most important “ingredient.” We hire the best talent; and we reward, develop, and retain them too.
