Senior Web Developer

JobPurpose

To design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications and websites using

Laravel

and modern frontend technologies.

This role focuses on delivering robust digital solutions, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and system reliability.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using

Laravel, Webflow, and Statamic

.

• Build and maintain

APIs

for third-party integrations and frontend systems.

• Collaborate with frontend developers using

React.js or Vue.js

to deliver seamless and responsive user interfaces.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices are applied.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application-level issues.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote coding standards.
• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support deployment and production readiness.
• Optimize web applications for speed, usability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Implement logging and basic monitoring practices to support application health.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• DevOps, frontend, or cloud certifications are advantageous

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in web development with strong expertise in Laravel.
• Experience in building and maintaining websites and web applications.
• Familiarity with

RESTful API

design and integrations.

• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
• Experience collaborating with DevOps or infrastructure teams for deployment processes.
• Experience with

CMS

platforms such as Webflow or Statamic is preferred.

• Exposure to automation/integration platforms such as

Zapier

is an advantage.
