**Are You Skilled at Assisting Clients in Gathering Government and Personal Documents to Secure Travel Visa Approval?**
* Do you have a minimum of 5 years' experience providing technical support via phone or chat in ENGLISH?
* Do you excel at supporting clients with both empathy and accuracy?
* Are you able to manage complex information and communicate it clearly to individuals from diverse backgrounds?
* Are you highly proficient with computer systems?
* Can you carefully review and collect sensitive documents with great attention to detail?
* Do you possess excellent spoken and written English skills?
* Can you efficiently juggle multiple tasks—such as calls, updates, and emotional support—without losing focus?
* Do you remain calm under pressure and find innovative solutions to assist clients during delays?

**About the Role:**
* As a Senior Visa Document Agent, you will be a crucial part of helping clients throughout their travel or immigration process
* Your responsibilities will include collecting and reviewing key documents, ensuring their accuracy and completeness, and delivering timely updates to facilitate case progress
* You will proactively communicate with clients, resolve documentation issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless process in line with company standards
**Qualifications:**
* Relevant Experience
* At least 5 years' experience in technical support, documentation, or administrative roles, preferably in a process\-oriented environment
* Clear Communication
* Outstanding verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally
* Attention to Detail
* Consistently maintain high accuracy when reviewing and organizing client documents
* Strong Organization
* Effectively manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and prioritizing important tasks

* Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions, especially when addressing concerns or delays

* Confidently utilize internal tools such as the Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, Google Sheets, and task management software

* Collaborate well with colleagues across departments and provide support as needed
