**About The Role**
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a leadership role in the design and development of mission\-critical systems that enable spiderSilk’s cutting\-edge cybersecurity platform. You’ll mentor junior engineers, lead project initiatives, and ensure technical excellence across the board.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop, and deploy software solutions at scale.
* Guide best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
* Lead design reviews and provide technical mentorship.
* Drive innovation by researching new technologies and approaches.
* Collaborate with cross\-disciplinary teams on strategic initiatives.
**Requirements**
* Deep expertise in one or more languages such as Python, Java and building solutions working at high scale.
* Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
* Familiarity with security principles and secure coding practices.
* Proven ability to lead projects and mentor other engineers.
* Proficient with AI tools supporting operations \& development.
