About the Role Zone Funnel InfoTech is seeking a highly motivated and results\-driven **Sales Manager** to lead and expand our sales operations for our **printing and fulfillment solutions**. The sales team plays a critical role in driving global customer acquisition and revenue growth, and this position will be instrumental in strengthening our market presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the **entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure**. This role requires a strong leader who can **develop strategic sales plans, build high\-value client relationships, and guide the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets**. A successful Sales Manager will combine **strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and excellent leadership skills** to drive business growth while maintaining a high\-performing sales culture within the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy \& Revenue Growth * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s customer base globally. * Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential partnerships within the printing and fulfillment industry. * Design and implement sales strategies that strengthen the company’s market presence and competitive positioning. * Monitor industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies. Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. * Act as a key point of contact for major accounts and strategic partners. * Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our printing and fulfillment solutions. Sales Operations \& Performance Management * Manage and oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure. * Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded. * Prepare and present regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and expense reports to the management team. Team Leadership \& Development * Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity. * Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members. * Foster a collaborative and results\-oriented sales culture focused on continuous improvement. Market Expansion * Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into new markets and customer segments. * Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Required Skills \& Competencies * Strong understanding of the **full sales cycle**, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. * Excellent **communication, presentation, and relationship\-building skills**. * Proven ability to influence decision\-makers and stakeholders at multiple levels. * Strong **analytical and strategic thinking abilities**. * Exceptional **leadership, mentoring, and team management skills**. * Ability to work in a **fast\-paced, target\-driven environment**. Required Qualifications * **5\+ years of experience** in sales management or corporate sales leadership roles. * Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts and customer relationships. * Experience using **CRM and sales management tools** such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar systems. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. Preferred Qualifications * **3\+ years of experience working with online ordering systems or CRM platforms** such as Salesforce or QuickBooks. * Experience in the **manufacturing, printing, or publishing industry** is highly preferred. * **MBA or MS in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field**. * Experience working with international clients and B2B sales environments.
