Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, based in Peshawar. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, managing sales strategies, mentoring team members, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires expertise in devising effective sales plans and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Sales strategy development, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Experience in market trend analysis and identifying growth opportunities
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
