(Senior) Sales Manager - Corporate for 4 Star Upscale Hotel & Residence in Abu Dhabi

**Abu Dhabi** \| 4\-Star Upscale Hotel We are seeking a driven and active Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager to join a wonderful team at 4\* Hotel \& Residence in Abu Dhabi. The role will be reporting directly to the General Manager. Key Responsibilities ▪️ Drive revenue growth across the corporate and MICE segment ▪️ Manage and grow a strong portfolio of active accounts ▪️ Deliver **strong room night conversion** and revenue performance ▪️ Proactively source and convert new business opportunities ▪️ Prepare and negotiate contracts, RFPs and rate agreements ▪️ Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams ▪️ Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline management ▪️ Represent the hotel at client meetings and industry events Mandatory Requirements ▪️ Proven **hotel sales experience in Abu Dhabi** ▪️ Direct experience in the **same segment** (Corporate \& MICE) ▪️ Demonstrated **strong room conversion rate** and revenue delivery ▪️ Background in **4\- or 5\-star hotels** ▪️ Established local market relationships 🔹 Benefits \& Package: Sales Manager ▪️ **AED 13,000\-15,000 all\-inclusive salary plus service charge and incentive** ▪️ **Two weekly days off** We are open to consider experienced candidates ready for a Senior Sales Manager role to grow into an Assistant Director in the future: 🔹 Senior Sales Manager ▪️ **AED 17,000\-19,500 all\-inclusive salary** (based on experience) ▪️ **Two weekly days off** ▪️ **Clear progression opportunity into a Head of Department role**
