Role Purpose:
To plan, sell to the customer Head Office, and enable field operations team to execute the In-store Fundamentals and Sales Business Plans in the assigned customers/brands in order to develop the customers' business and achieve the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer agreement elements, deploying them to field execution teams and monitoring compliance monthly.
- Manage service levels with customers, identifying and resolving issues (database, stock, etc.).
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customer head offices to track targets and plans.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that deliver on both customer and company objectives.
- Own and update customer share reports and scorecards monthly, sharing internally and externally.
- Identify business-building and sales fundamentals opportunities at customer/store level, with action plans to address them.
- Liaise with Finance on account reconciliation and customer receivables in line with company SOPs.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
- Develop, sell, and execute Category Management projects, agreeing on joint KPIs and tracking compliance.
- Plan and execute brand initiatives in coordination with the Category Manager, communicating plans to field teams.
- Monitor market and competitor activity, suggesting action plans to counter competitor moves.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Sales Executive experience with a proven track record of top performance.
- Experience in the Hospitality, Gym/Fitness, or Fitness Supplements industry preferred, with FMCG market experience in Dubai – UAE.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and customer focus skills.
- Valid driver's license (motorized).
- Flexibility with shifts and travel.
