As the Senior Sales Enterprise Manager, you'll engage with top\-tier clients, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and close impactful deals. What You'll Do: * Drive end\-to\-end enterprise sales efforts, from prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding targets * Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional developers, landlords, and financial institutions * Collaborate across teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and support their long\-term growth * Lead negotiations and presentations that highlight Kaizen's unique offerings and competitive advantages * Maintain robust sales pipelines and provide insightful forecasts to support business planning * Represent Kaizen with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry events and networking opportunities Who You Are: * Experienced in enterprise sales, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industries * A natural relationship\-builder with outstanding communication and negotiation skills * Strategic thinker who thrives in complex deal environments and can navigate long sales cycles successfully * Self\-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams * Familiar with the UAE market and the particular challenges and opportunities it presents * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications a plus **Requirements** * 5\+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, ideally within real estate or asset management sectors * Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing ambitious sales targets * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior executives * Strong strategic thinking capabilities and business acumen * Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi\-stakeholder engagements independently * In\-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and related regulatory frameworks * Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management * Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous * Self\-driven, resilient, and adaptable to a fast\-paced, evolving business environment
