Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse - Lead Late Ward Nurse

We seek an experienced RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with leadership skills to join as Lead Late Ward Nurse at a busy small animal hospital in Wiltshire. * Lead inpatient care during afternoon and evening shifts, ensuring smooth ward operations, effective resource allocation, and high clinical standards. * Support discharge processes, oversee patient monitoring, and coordinate with out\-of\-hours teams for seamless patient handover. * Work collaboratively with senior nursing staff, providing hands\-on care and guiding the nursing team. * Full\-time role (40 hours/week, 12:00–8:30pm), with weekend rotation and no out\-of\-hours work required. * Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and organisational skills. * Offers professional development, CPD funding, and a supportive, independent practice environment focused on wellbeing.
