**Title:**
Senior Regional Human Resources Manager
**Compensation:**
$160,000 \+ Car Allowance
**Location:**
New York, New Jersey, DC, Virginia (Hybrid)
**Position Overview:**
The Senior Regional Human Resources Manager (RHRM) plays a key role in aligning human resources strategy with operational goals across a defined geographic region. This position partners closely with regional operations and corporate leadership to implement HR programs that drive engagement, performance, and compliance. The RHRM is a trusted business partner focused on cultivating culture, developing leadership capability, promoting consistent execution, and enabling high\-performing teams.
Key areas of responsibility include leadership and talent development, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and policy management. This role requires a strategic yet hands\-on HR leader with the ability to balance business needs with people priorities in a fast\-paced, multi\-location environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Partner with regional and operational leaders to develop people strategies and talent pipelines.
* Lead regional leadership development efforts, including onboarding, manager training, and succession planning.
* Facilitate HR and leadership training programs, including compliance, management skills, and team development workshops.
* Promote consistent onboarding and engagement practices to strengthen company culture and employee experience.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive business performance and operational improvement.
* Partner with leaders to implement change management initiatives that support organizational goals.
* Translate regional strategy into actionable HR activities and measurable results.
* Maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting of HR activities and initiatives.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to assess and develop leadership talent across the region.
* Support recruitment strategy through training, community engagement, and event participation.
* Ensure effective succession planning and bench strength for key operational roles.
* Partner with regional leadership to foster engagement, inclusion, and open communication.
* Conduct and oversee thorough investigations of employee relations matters and implement appropriate resolutions.
* Analyze engagement and ethics data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
* Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions to ensure fairness and consistency.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal HR policies.
* Support the management and resolution of EEOC matters and similar legal notices.
* Partner with leaders to manage workers’ compensation issues and promote safe work environments.
* Lead HR compliance training and ensure required certifications and programs are consistently maintained.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
* Minimum of 7\+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3\+ years in an HR management or regional leadership role.
* Strong working knowledge of federal and multi\-state employment laws.
* Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations and influence senior leadership decisions.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; strong facilitation ability in both in\-person and virtual settings.
* Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities in a fast\-paced, multi\-site environment.
* Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned region.
* Professional certification preferred (SHRM\-CP, SHRM\-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
