This is a high\-impact role at the centre of our commercial growth, with a strong focus on wholesale, convenience, and route\-to\-market partners. You’ll take ownership of key accounts operating across both distribution and retail\-facing models, requiring a clear understanding of how to unlock growth beyond traditional head office buying. This role goes beyond standard account management — it’s about driving performance across multiple touchpoints, from central agreements through to in\-market execution. This is a home\-based role with significant UK travel, including regular visits to customers, depots/stores, and internal teams. **You’ll:** * Own and develop relationships across key wholesale and convenience\-led customers * Drive growth through both central agreements and field/depot\-level activation * Build and deliver joint business plans aligned to complex route\-to\-market models * Identify opportunities across independent retail networks and food\-to\-go channels * Lead commercial negotiations and deliver against revenue and margin targets * Work cross\-functionally with NPD, supply chain, and marketing to bring new propositions to market **We’re looking for someone who:** * Has strong experience within wholesale, convenience, or route\-to\-market\-led channels * Understands how to drive growth across distribution and retail execution layers * Is commercially sharp, with confidence in negotiation and customer management * Can operate strategically while staying close to execution * Thrives in a fast\-paced, growth environment * Wants to play a key role in scaling a business — not just managing accounts **What you'll gain:** * Real ownership of key accounts and the ability to shape how we grow across wholesale and convenience channels * The opportunity to operate in a high\-growth business with genuine headroom to deliver impact * Exposure to complex route\-to\-market models, building breadth beyond traditional retail account management * The chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, NPD, and operations * A role where you can influence strategy as well as execution * The opportunity to play a key part in scaling a business with ambitions to become a household name **This is a role for someone who wants to take the next step in ownership, impact, and commercial responsibility.** (Recruiters are not invited to get in touch, thank you)
