What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. We are looking for a Senior Manager, People to join our Dubai Mall team. The ideal candidate will lead the people agenda for Dubai Mall, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders while driving the end-to-end talent acquisition and people strategy.

This role will be responsible for building and executing recruitment plans to attract top talent, strengthening employer branding, and delivering best-in-class HR practices across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will also lead initiatives in workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development to support a high-performing, customer-centric workforce.

  • Lead the people strategy for Dubai Mall, partnering with business leaders to support business growth.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent.
  • Develop workforce planning and talent pipeline strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coach and advise managers on people-related matters, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal policies, and HR best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop organizational structures that support growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the annual performance review, talent review, and succession planning processes.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the employee experience through automation and process improvement.
  • Support business leaders with organizational design, restructuring, and workforce optimization initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, including leadership and talent acquisition.
  • Experience in retail or a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to align people initiatives to business objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with changing priorities
