*The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000\. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. **Senior Manager, People \& Culture Business Partners**
serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders across a group of Operational Sectors. This role drives P\&C strategies that enable organizational effectiveness, engagement, and business growth.
Now, If You Were To Come On Board As Senior Manager, People \& Culture Business Partners, Here Are The Things We’d Need You To Be Great At
* Lead and coach a team of Business Partners
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders supporting organizational design, workforce planning, succession and talent development.
* Provide counsel and support in areas including employee relations, performance management, career growth, engagement and retention
* Collaborate with P\&C Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless HR solutions to this client group.
* Partner with leadership to identify high potential talent and build succession pipelines for critical roles.
* Develop trusted relationships with business leaders serving as a coach and provide actional feedback to enhance leadership effectiveness
* Champion initiatives that drive leadership development and change management initiatives to strengthen organizational capability
* Analyze and action metrics that drive operational effectiveness and long term success
* Promote and model a growth mindset encouraging continuous innovation that drives individual and organizational performance.

* Five to ten years’ progressive human resources management experience including five years’ experience in employee relations
* Bilingual in both French and English would be an asset
* Post\-Secondary Degree or Diploma with a specialization in Business Management, Business Administration or Human Resources management; post\-graduate certificate in HR Management preferred
* Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation preferred
* Critical thinking, analytical and project management skills
* Strong ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization as well as build and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
* Strategic and operational talent management expertise
* Experience working in a unionized envronment would be an asset
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
