Job Description
Our client is a highly regarded hedge fund in Manhattan, looking to hire a hands\-on HR Operations Manager who can improve how HR operations run day\-to\-day, while building smarter, more scalable systems and processes behind the scenes. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of HR Operations for the countries within the region and partnering closely with the other regional teams and the overall HR Operations team to ensure global consistency is achieved. This role is a highly visible role, with the opportunity to lead and communicate process transformation across the organization. It is ideal for someone strong in execution, comfortable working with data, and motivated by automation and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities** **HR Operations Regional Manager** * Lead regional HR operations, serving as a key partner to business and HR leadership * Manage and develop a high\-performing team to deliver efficient, high\-quality HR services * Oversee core HR processes (payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee lifecycle) with a focus on accuracy and consistency * Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and audit requirements across the region * Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, workflows, and service delivery * • Optimize and automate People Ops workflows (onboarding, lifecycle changes, audits, reporting, approvals) Ideal candidate profile: * 8\+ years of HR Ops exp * Experience managing direct reports * Financial services experience preferred * Bachelor's degree required * Experience in the transformation of the function The salary range for this role is $150,000\-$250,000, plus a discretionary bonus, commensurate with experience.
