Senior Manager - HR & Finance

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - HR \& Finance to join Capital Zone and take ownership of two key functions within our organization.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can confidently manage people, numbers, compliance, and day-to-day operations while working closely with senior management.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Human Resources

• Lead and manage the complete employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exits
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Support management with workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development

Finance \& Accounts

• Financial operations including budgeting, cash flow, receivables, payables, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful insights to management
• Oversee VAT, Corporate Tax, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial records and reports

What We’re Looking For

• Strong UAE experience across both HR and Finance/Accounts
• Proven experience in a managerial or senior-level position
• Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law, VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Relevant qualification in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
