Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a high\-calibre Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a leading consulting practice. This role is focused on moving beyond AI experimentation to delivering production\-ready, scalable architectures that provide genuine ROI for Tier 1 global clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical mastery with the ability to manage high\-level stakeholders and navigate complex business strategies. Key Responsibilities * **AI Transformation:** Deliver complex AI transformations for global clients, ensuring all technical solutions align with overarching business strategies and financial objectives. * **Technical Leadership:** Direct the development of sophisticated deep learning architectures, focusing on model optimisation and error reduction for real\-time applications. * **Infrastructure \& Deployment:** Architect and deploy machine learning models as microservices within **AWS** and **Azure** environments. * **Pipeline Automation:** Implement and manage automated ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and model reliability. * **Mentorship \& Diversity:** Act as a technical mentor for junior engineers and contribute to internal diversity initiatives to support the growth of women in STEM. Requirements * **PhD or MSc in Machine Learning or similar** * Proven track record within a **Big 4** or top\-tier consulting environment. * Expertise in **AWS** , **Azure** , and **Microservices** architecture. * Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and real\-time model deployment. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non\-technical business leaders.
