**Hiring \| Legal Manager – Marketing Legal \| Bangalore** Our client, a leading **FMCG Top 100 listed company** is looking to hire a **Legal Counsel** with **8–10 years of experience** in marketing and brand legal advisory. Key experience areas: • Advising marketing/business teams on advertisements, claims, contests, promotions, and brand communication • Vetting artworks, POSM, print/digital ads, and promotional campaigns • Handling ASCI matters, competitor challenges, and claims substantiation • Drafting and negotiating brand promotion, endorsement, co\-branding, and marketing agreements • Providing practical, solution\-oriented advice on IP, regulatory, and compliance matters **Candidates with prior FMCG/consumer sector exposure** and strong stakeholder management skills will be preferred.
