**Role Description**
We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel registered with DIFC and ADGM for a full\-time, on\-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing expert legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal documentation, leading contract negotiations, addressing complex legal issues, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations. The Senior Legal Counsel will also collaborate with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to deliver high\-quality legal solutions while maintaining professional integrity.
**Qualifications**
* Strong foundation in Law with expertise in handling Legal Issues
* Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and drafting agreements
* Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and analysis
* Ability to provide precise and actionable Legal Advice
* Registered license with DIFC and ADGM
* Exceptional understanding of UAE legal frameworks and compliance requirements
* Outstanding communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills
* At least 8\-10 years of relevant work experience in a legal role
* A degree in law and professional bar qualification
