**Legal Counsel** Work Location: JAFZA, Dubai (office based) Sector: Oil and Gas, heavy industrial, manufacturing Estimated Salary: AED 35K to 45K per month total \+ Bonus (annual, performance based and discretionary) \+ Family status (if applicable): visa, medical insurance, annual flights About the Opportunity A well established, international, oil and gas industrial player with over 1,000 employees and located in Jebel Ali Freezone, are seeking to appoint a **Legal Counsel.** Required Profile * Mix of private practice and in\-house counsel experience, with mandatory exposure to heavy industrial sectors (Oil \& Gas, manufacturing, construction). * Legal Expertise: Strong in contract law, including drafting and negotiating agreements. * Stakeholder Management: Proactive, with strong relationship management skills. * Leadership: Ability to manage and develop a small legal team, including Paralegals. * Technology: Familiarity with legal tech and process automation is a plus. * 8\+ years PQE in legal Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory Arabic fluency (also) is preferred.
