Job Description
**Key Accountabilities**
* Ensure all legal documentation, fund/DPM structures, and investment contracts comply with UAE and international regulations
* Work closely with compliance, risk, and finance teams to assess legal risks
* Lead interactions with regional and international regulators
* Develop legal frameworks to enhanc e governance and legal compliance
* Support dispute resolution and litigation matters related to investments and corporate governance. Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)
