Senior Legal Counsel

The In\-House team at Beacon Legal have been instructed on an exciting Senior Legal Counsel opportunity to join a leading holding company in Abu Dhabi. To be considered for this opportunity, you must: * have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, having trained with a leading international law firm in a common\-law jurisdiction * have extensive experience advising on banking \& financial transactions with a focus on Islamic finance, conventional finance, project finance and capital markets * have an understanding of the ADGM legal framework * have experience working with an in\-house organisation within the financial services sector Please apply for the role if you fit all the requirements mentioned above.
