The In\-House team at Beacon Legal have been instructed on an exciting Senior Legal Counsel opportunity to join a Dubai based investment holding company.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
* be fully bilingual in English \& Arabic
* be based in the United Arab Emirates
* have experience advising on M\&A transactions
* have experience advising on commercial contracts
* have local experience
