Senior Lawyer,Middle East

Key Responsibilities • Distributor \& Commercial Support: Handle legal matters regarding Saudi distributors and review commercial agreements to protect company interests. • Corporate Operations: Participate in the day\-to\-day legal activities and operational management of BYD’s Saudi subsidiaries. • Labor Relations \& Compliance: Manage employment contracts and ensure full compliance with KSA Labor Law. (Familiar with Qiwa would be better) • Compliance \& Data Privacy: Coordinate with external law firms on regulatory matters, specifically focusing on the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and other compliance frameworks. • Regulatory Research: Monitor local legislative updates and provide clear interpretations of new policies and their impact on the business. Requirements • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a prestigious university of middle east countries. • Experience: 2\+ years of legal experience in a corporate in\-house role or a law firm. Candidates with strong potential and a quick learning curve are encouraged to apply. Experience in the Automotive or High\-Tech sectors is highly prefered. • Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Arabic (Must be able to draft/review documents and communicate with authorities in both languages). • Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of data compliance, import/export controls, and unfair competition laws in Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries will be given preference. • Mobility: Middle east countries National or willing to relocate to and be stationed in Saudi Arabia.
