Senior Commercial Disputes / Arbitration Lawyer
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Remote
We are working exclusively with a fast-growing international law firm that is continuing to expand its presence across the Middle East, with established infrastructure in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and a strong UK platform behind it.
This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial disputes, arbitration or litigation lawyer who acts for businesses, corporates, investors, developers, financial institutions or entrepreneurial clients, and who is considering a more modern, flexible and commercially rewarding way to practise.
The firm is looking to speak with senior lawyers who have built strong client relationships, referral sources, sector knowledge or a developing practice, and who would value greater autonomy, stronger financial upside and the backing of an established international platform.
The firm is particularly interested in lawyers with experience across B2B matters such as:
- Commercial litigation
- International arbitration
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Contractual disputes
- Construction and infrastructure disputes
- Real estate and development disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement for businesses
- Insurance disputes
- Employment disputes for employers
- Professional services disputes
- Cross-border commercial claims
- Corporate or investor-related disputes
The role is open to partner-level or senior associate candidates with existing client followings who would benefit from being part of a high-tech, respected international brand that offer top-tier support and high quality collaboration across the full spectrum of commercial practice areas.
