**About the Role**
As a Senior Lawyer, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership, delivering high\-level legal counsel with precision, discretion, and strong commercial insight while supervising and guiding junior staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, property and regulatory matters
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements
* Lead and manage complex transactions and legal projects
* Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development
**Requirements**
* Qualified lawyer with 8\+ years of experience in
**Corporate/Commercial Law**
* Strong knowledge of
**UAE legal framework and Common Law principles**
* Proven experience in a reputable law firm or in\-house legal team
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
* Strong commercial awareness and problem\-solving ability
