Senior Business Development Manager – UK \& Ireland

📍 London (Hybrid)

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of key strategic retail partnerships includin

g Boots, Space NK and other leading UK \& Ireland accoun

ts, while being tasked with identifying, securing and developing new distribution opportunities across the market.

You'll play a leading role in expanding the brand's retail footprint through partnerships with premium beauty retailers, emerging channels, top-tier retail groups and influential high-street players, helping to unlock the next phase of growth for the business.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, E-commerce and international teams, you'll shape commercial strategy, lead Joint Business Planning with major customers, and deliver ambitious sales and profitability targets across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive Commercial Growth

  • Deliver ambitious sales, profit, and growth targets across the UK \& Ireland.
  • Grow existing customer partnerships while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive sustainable long-term growth.

Build Strategic Retail Partnerships

  • Lead Joint Business Planning with key retail partners.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional activity, distribution, and visibility opportunities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across major retail accounts.

Own Business Performance

  • Take responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning.
  • Monitor performance against targets and identify opportunities to maximise profitability.
  • Use data, insight, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

Lead Cross-Functional Success

  • Partner with Marketing teams to drive consumer engagement and retail activation programmes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and international teams to deliver best-in-class execution.
  • Champion continuous improvement and share market insights across the wider business.

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven success in National Account Management, Senior National Account Management, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.

✔ Experience within FMCG, Health \& Beauty, Professional Haircare, Personal Care, or related consumer categories.

✔ Strong understanding of the UK \& Ireland retail landscape, including major retailers such as Boots, Superdrug, grocery, and high-street channels.

✔ Commercially astute with strong P\&L ownership experience and forecasting capability.

✔ Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

✔ Highly analytical, confident working with sales data, market insights, and commercial reporting.

✔ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
