About the Role

We're looking for a Senior HR Manager to own people operations at a fast-moving technology company. You'll lead hiring across technical and non-technical functions, build performance management systems that actually work, and help us scale a high-trust, high-output remote team. Ideal background is healthcare tech or SaaS — you understand the pace, the roles, and what good looks like.

## What You'll Do

### Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end hiring across all departments — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles (sales, ops, engineering, clinical)
  • Write compelling JDs and outreach copy that attract the right candidates
  • Manage relationships with recruitment platforms, agencies, and freelance networks
  • Improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics continuously

### Team Management \& Culture

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all team members
  • Onboard new hires with structured 30/60/90 day plans
  • Maintain employment records, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Foster a strong remote-first culture — async norms, team rituals, psychological safety

### Performance Management

  • Design and run quarterly performance review cycles
  • Build and maintain scorecards and KPI frameworks per role
  • Coach managers on feedback delivery, PIPs, and difficult conversations
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning \& development initiatives
  • Handle offboarding — exits, documentation, and knowledge transfer

## What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
  • Background in healthcare tech, SaaS, or a high-growth startup strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of owning full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions
  • Experience building or improving performance management systems from scratch
  • Comfortable operating in a remote, async-first environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HR tools — ATS, HRIS, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack
  • Excellent written and verbal English — clear, direct, no corporate filler
  • High emotional intelligence — able to handle sensitive situations with discretion
