**Role Description**
This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Madurai. The Senior HR Manager will manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. This role involves strategizing to enhance employee engagement, overseeing compliance with labor laws, and developing training and development programs. The Senior HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping HR policies to align with the company’s mission and drive a culture of collaboration and excellence.
**Qualifications**
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
* Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
* Experience in compliance with labor laws and development of organizational policies
* Proficiency in designing and implementing training and development programs
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced, dynamic startup environment
* Knowledge of HR analytics, data interpretation, and decision\-making based on analytics
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
