**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead and manage the overall HR function. The role requires a strong business partner who can align HR strategies with organizational goals, drive culture, and build a high\-performance workforce.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1\. Strategic HR Leadership**
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR\-related matters.
**2\. Team Leadership \& Capability Building**
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
• Drive capability\-building initiatives and succession planning.
**3\. Workforce Planning \& Talent Strategy**
• Design workforce plans to meet current and future business needs.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention, and employer branding initiatives.
**4\. HR Business Partnering with Leadership**
• Collaborate with business heads to drive people strategies.
• Provide insights and solutions on organizational and people challenges.
**5\. Performance Management \& Rewards**
• Design and implement performance management systems.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks.
**6\. Employee Engagement \& Culture Building**
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high\-performance work environment.
**7\. Policy Framework \& Governance**
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
**8\. HR Operations Excellence**
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, and HR systems.
• Ensure process efficiency and continuous improvement.
**9\. Compliance \& Risk Management**
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Mitigate HR\-related risks and handle audits effectively.
**10\. Organizational Development \& Change Management**
• Lead organizational development initiatives and change management programs.
• Support business transformation through HR interventions.
**11\. HR Analytics \& Decision Support**
• Utilize HR data and analytics to drive decision\-making.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
**12\. Employee Relations \& Conflict Resolution**
• Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Promote a harmonious and productive workplace environment.
**Eligibility Criteria**
• Minimum 10\+ years of experience
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
• Analytical and problem\-solving skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
**Preferred Skills**
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
• Experience in manufacturing / corporate environment preferred
