You’re the coach who leads from the front—virtually or in person! * Own internal payroll and HRIS with total accuracy, ensuring our systems are scalable and ready for growth. * Lead talent acquisition by personally head\-hunting critical hires who fuel our high\-energy culture. * Revolutionize onboarding to ensure new teammates feel the momentum and culture from day one. * Serve as the expert voice for complex employee relations, using seasoned judgment to keep the organization thriving. We are looking for someone with 10\+ years of progressive HR experience who brings both professional maturity and a dynamic, infectious energy to the digital workspace. * You’re an experienced leader who is never "above" the work. You’re happy to dive into a report or conduct a high\-level interview while simultaneously mentoring your staff. * Experience with Paylocity is preferred but can also be thought. * Remote Leadership: You excel at building connections and driving results in a remote environment. * You have the confidence to interact with ownership and the drive to master the business during this mentorship and succession period.
