***Senior Human Resources Manager*** ***Compensation 125,000\-170,000\+ Full Benefits\+3 weeks of Vacation! This role is five days in the office, and the office is located in the North part of Brampton*** . **The Opportunity:** Our client in the manufacturing sector is a highly innovative, forward thinking, and employee\-centric organization! They are looking for a Senior HR Manager to help with continued growth. This role is ideal for someone that wants to design, create and implement the HR strategy and best practices for a growing organization. ***This is a hands\-on tactical role as well as one that is also strategic in nature. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to create, build and own HR!!*** The Senior HR Manager will be a change management champion and bring a strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations to this dynamic and engaged organization! The Senior HR Manager will own the full HR lifecycle (design, develop and implement) as well as be a true partner to the business (supervisors/managers/leaders) by providing guidance to the client groups on performance management, employee relations, labour relations, training initiatives and be a part of a HRIS implementation while developing and maintaining positive working relationships with managers and employees. **Responsibilities include:** * Work in partnership with the business to provide advice, recommendations and resolutions on all day to day employee relations matters while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations * Manage sensitive workplace issues, including performance issues and terminations; lead or participate on fact finding investigations and partner with external legal counsel as required * Promotes an effective approach to performance management with managers, creates and manages performance improvement plans * Drives HR process development and improvements through collaboration, clear communication and execution * Builds strong stakeholder relationships, enabling excellent prioritization and delivery of a variety of HR initiatives * Assists with an HRIS implementation * Identifies opportunities to improve processes and procedures * Develops employee engagement and retention initiatives including building a succession plan and career path planning * Provides training to frontline supervisors and managers on a variety of HR programs and initiatives * Supports programs and initiatives to improve the employee experience, including leading presentations and training as required * Supports the year\-end compensation and performance review process * Collaborates on projects to support the business needs as required, providing subject matter expertise to the Executive Team **Qualifications** * 8\-10\+ years of progressive experience as a HR Manager or Senior Manager * Experience working in a manufacturing environment * Experience building HR programs and initiatives from the ground up * Experience with a HRIS implementation * University Degree and CHRP is considered an asset * Excellent knowledge of the Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Legislation and Health and Safety Standards * Demonstrates sound judgment and problem\-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Displays a high level of service orientation and willing to pitch in and help mind\-set * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Ability to develop and sustain collaborative working relationships * Demonstrated ability to work as a team player * Technically savvy with HR systems
