Position: Senior HR Manager
Location: Superior Township, MI (Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor, \& Canton area)
Duration: Direct Placement/Perm
Salary - $180,000-200,000K
Travel: Yes domestic and internationally (2 trips a quarter)
Bonus

Must Haves:
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience with
broad experience across multiple HR functions
in large U.S.-based organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- People leadership experience
with direct management of
teams of 10+
- Strong
hands-on HR operations
background (not primarily strategy), including: talent acquisition, workforce management, executive HR, and organizational restructuring
- Proven ability to
modernize HR processes, policies, systems, and operating models
- Experience managing
multiple HR workstreams
with clear tracking and structured reporting
- Prior experience in
Corporate / Headquarters HR
- Confident decision-maker with clear accountability
Nice to haves:
- Background in OEM or HQ in tech environment
- Ability to speak Korean
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager with 15+ years of experience in variety of areas of HR functions (Benefits, Compensation, employee relations, etc). This person will be fully onsite 5 days a week located in Canton/Ann Arbor, Michigan area. We are looking for someone who is willing to be flexible and have a positive mindset. This person will work alongside other HR peers and report up to the President of the organization.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight across core HR operations, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, compensation, HR policy development, and employee relations.
- Build and strengthen the capability, depth, and effectiveness of the HR team through coaching, development, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performing HR culture that promotes engagement, trust, collaboration, and emotional well-being across the organization.
- Proactively identify and escalate executive-level and critical HR matters, ensuring clear and timely communication with the CHRO.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 1–2 times per quarter, as business needs require. domestic or international
