We serve clients across the USA and Australia, and operate with driven, friendly team culture built on performance, trust, and creativity. **Role Overview** We are looking for a confident, culture\-driven Senior HR Manager to be the backbone of our people operations. This is not a back\-office role — you will be a strategic partner to leadership, helping shape the company culture, attract top talent, manage contracts and compliance, and ensure every team member thrives. You will work closely with the founder, CEO, and department leads to build scalable HR processes as the agency grows. **Key Responsibilities** ■ **Talent Acquisition \& Hiring:** Lead end\-to\-end recruitment for full\-time staff, freelancers, and remote contractors — from job posting to offer letter. ■ **Onboarding \& Offboarding:** Design and manage smooth onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success from Day 1, and handle professional offboarding processes. ■ **Employment Contracts \& Compliance:** Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, freelance agreements, and NDAs in line with Pakistani labour law and international standards. ■ **Culture \& Engagement:** Champion a positive, high\-performance workplace culture. Organize team\-building initiatives, recognition programs, and morale\-boosting activities. ■ **Remote \& Contractor Management:** Oversee HR operations for a mixed team of full\-time employees and remote freelance contractors across multiple time zones. ■ **Performance Management:** Build and run performance review cycles, goal\-setting frameworks, and development plans across the full team hierarchy — including Account Managers, Team Leads, Skill Specialists (e.g. Klaviyo, Design, Web), and MTOs (Marketing \& Training Officers). ■ **Internal Communication:** Act as a clear and confident communicator between leadership and team members — drafting announcements, policy updates, and internal memos with professionalism. ■ **HR Administration \& Record\-Keeping:** Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation with strong attention to detail. ■ **Policy Development:** Create, update, and enforce company policies — including remote work policies, code of conduct, and leave entitlements. ■ **Conflict Resolution:** Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts with discretion, empathy, and professionalism. **What We're Looking For** ✓ Exceptional communicator — written and verbal, across all levels of the organization ✓ Top\-notch confidence with the ability to lead difficult conversations and present to leadership ✓ Deeply culture\-oriented — you understand how great teams are built and sustained ✓ Highly organized with strong attention to detail across documentation and processes ✓ Empathetic yet firm — able to balance employee wellbeing with company objectives ✓ Proactive problem\-solver who identifies HR gaps before they become issues ✓ Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive employee and company information ✓ Tech\-savvy and comfortable working in remote\-first, fast\-paced digital environments **Requirements** ■ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ( **Master's is a plus)** ■ 3\+ years of HR experience, preferably within a digital agency, tech, or remote\-first company ■ Solid understanding of Pakistani labour law and international HR best practices ■ Proven experience managing employment contracts, freelancer agreements, and compliance documentation ■ Experience handling both in\-house employees and remote/freelance contractors ■ Strong command of English — both written and spoken ■ Proficiency with HR tools, project management platforms, and communication tools (Slack, ClickUp, etc.) **What We Offer** ✓ Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ✓ Opportunity to shape HR from the ground up in a growing agency ✓ Friendly work environment with flexibility ✓ A dynamic, creative, and collaborative team culture ✓ Direct access to and collaboration with the company founder/director/CEO ✓ Career growth as the agency scales globally To apply, send your CV and a short cover letter to **hr@elev8\-marketing.com** with the subject line: **HR** **Manager** **Application**
