DBS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a
**Senior HR Manager (BPO)**
to lead and enhance our human resource functions in a fast\-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of the BPO industry, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations for a large and dynamic BPO workforce.
* Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the specific needs of a BPO environment, focusing on high\-volume recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
* Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the hiring of top talent for customer service roles, and manage large\-scale onboarding efforts to meet client needs.
* Design and execute performance management systems that ensure high productivity, motivation, and development of employees.
* Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the BPO industry's standards.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, improving morale and reducing turnover.
* Act as a strategic partner to management, advising on HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations.
* Handle escalated employee issues, fostering a positive and respectful work environment while resolving conflicts efficiently.
* Monitor HR metrics such as employee satisfaction, retention rates, and turnover, providing regular reports to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, policies, and regulations specific to the BPO sector.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Manager in a BPO environment.
* Strong understanding of the unique challenges and fast\-paced nature of the BPO industry, including high\-volume recruitment and performance management.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse team across multiple shifts.
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
* Solid understanding of labour laws, BPO\-specific HR policies, and compliance requirements.
* Strong experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce engagement.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced, ever\-evolving environment.
* Strong problem\-solving, decision\-making, and organizational skills.
