About the Role

Chai Point is looking for a

Senior Manager – Human Resources

to lead Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for our corporate functions across both Retail Stores (XP) and Enterprise Vending (EW) businesses. This is a high-impact role that partners closely with business leaders to build strong talent pipelines, develop people practices, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end hiring for corporate and leadership roles across functions including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and HR.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and search partners.
  • Manage recruitment agencies and drive hiring efficiency through key metrics.
  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Implement structured hiring processes, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
  • Track and present hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic and confidential leadership mandates.

Talent Management

  • Drive the annual performance management cycle across corporate teams.
  • Develop succession planning and identify high-potential talent.
  • Partner with business leaders to create development plans and career pathways.
  • Lead initiatives focused on internal mobility and employee retention.
  • Support talent reviews and build frameworks that enable long-term organizational capability.

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Act as HR Business Partner for select corporate functions.
  • Provide insights on workforce planning, organization design, and people strategy.
  • Present talent analytics and HR insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead key HR initiatives including policy enhancements, recognition programs, and people processes.
  • Partner with Finance on manpower planning and headcount budgets.

What We're Looking For

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
  • 12–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and broader HR practices.
  • Experience in F\&B, Retail, QSR, FMCG, or high-growth consumer businesses is preferred.
  • Proven track record in corporate and leadership hiring.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, business acumen, and confidentiality.
