Job Description
* Senior Program Manager within HR / People \& Culture (Talent focus)
* Own and execute end\-to\-end talent management programs
* Strong experience with performance management cycles
* Hands\-on with talent assessments (9\-box), succession planning, talent reviews
* Experience building or running career mobility / internal movement frameworks
* Deliver and operationalize Learning \& Development programs
* Exposure to leadership development and continuous learning initiatives
* Support and enhance rewards \& recognition programs
* Background in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles (evolved into program management)
* NOT a pure HRBP or advisory profile — execution\-focused
* Proven ability to operationalize programs (not just design/advise)
* Experience across multiple talent domains (L\&D, performance, mobility, engagement)
* Exposure to employee lifecycle programs (onboarding, engagement, listening)
* Nice to have: Global Mobility program exposure
* Comfortable working in evolving environments (refining or sunsetting programs)
