**Senior HR \& Operations Executive** **Location:** India (remote) **Hours:** GMT/BST aligned (Monday – Friday) **Salary:** ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on experience **Reports to:** Operations Manager **Start date:** As soon as possible **About TTC Group** TTC Group is a global technology recruitment agency operating across the UK, US, and India. We manage a contractor population of 75\+ professionals \- spanning onboarding, compliance, and lifecycle management \- and are scaling towards 100\+ contractors and beyond. Our Operations Team sits at the centre of the business, keeping employees happy \& contractors placed, clients satisfied, and everything running smoothly. **The Role** We’re hiring a Senior HR \& Operations Executive to support our day\-to\-day operational and HR processes. This is a broad, hands\-on role covering contractor lifecycle management, employee administration, payroll coordination, and compliance support — all working closely with and escalating to the Operations Manager. You’ll be the person keeping things organised and moving: making sure contractors are onboarded on time, contracts don’t lapse, employee records are accurate, payroll inputs are submitted correctly, and statutory deadlines are tracked. The role also includes administrative support to the Operations Manager and will work closely with our outsourced Company Secretary relationship. This role suits someone who is methodical, reliable, and comfortable working across a range of operational and HR tasks — and who knows when to act and when to escalate. **Responsibilities** Contractor Onboarding \& Offboarding * Manage contractor onboarding end\-to\-end: issue compliance requests, liaise with background screening providers, chase outstanding documents, and confirm start dates * Coordinate IT enablement and system access for new starters * Handle offboarding: close out compliance, update internal systems, and coordinate with relevant teams * Ensure onboarding SLAs are consistently met — target is initial contract issuance within 24 hours Contract \& Compliance Management * Track all contractor contract start and end dates * Manage extensions proactively — at minimum two weeks ahead of expiry — coordinating approvals and documentation * Maintain accurate compliance records and flag issues early: missing documents, expiring certifications, delayed responses * Escalate non\-conformances to the Operations Manager as appropriate * Target compliance turnaround of 3–7 days depending on client complexity Supplier \& Recruiter Coordination * Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and screening providers * Coordinate with recruiters on contractor pipeline and onboarding readiness * Chase responses and keep all parties moving to agreed timelines Tracking \& Reporting * Own and maintain operational trackers: onboarding status, contract pipeline, compliance * Provide weekly operational updates to the Operations Manager * Keep dashboards accurate and up to date so the team has clear visibility at all times Employee Lifecycle Administration * Coordinate employee lifecycle administration for India\-based staff: issue offer letters and employment contracts, support onboarding, and process offboarding documentation * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date employee records * Administer leave, attendance, and absence management processes * Assist with performance review cycles by coordinating documentation and ensuring forms are filed correctly * Handle routine employee HR queries and escalate more complex matters to the Operations Manager HR Compliance \& Payroll Support * Support the company’s compliance with Indian statutory obligations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, labour law) by maintaining records, coordinating documentation, and flagging upcoming deadlines * Prepare and submit monthly payroll inputs: salary changes, joiners, leavers, leave adjustments, and one\-off payments * Liaise with the payroll provider monthly to support timely processing, flagging any discrepancies to the Operations Manager * Assist with maintaining compliance filings and statutory registers as directed Policy Administration \& Company Secretary Support * Communicate existing HR policies to employees and flag areas that may need updating to the Operations Manager * Assist with the documentation and administration of HR policies as directed * Provide administrative support to the outsourced Company Secretary relationship: collate documentation, coordinate information requests, and pass communications to the Operations Manager for sign\-off * Maintain a compliance and governance calendar covering key statutory, HR, and Company Secretary dates, and prompt the Operations Manager ahead of all deadlines **What We’re Looking For** Experience \& Skills * 2–4 years in an operations, HR ops, or recruitment coordination role * Experience administering employee documentation across the lifecycle — contracts, onboarding paperwork, offboarding * Experience collating and submitting payroll inputs, or supporting a payroll process in a coordination capacity * Awareness of Indian statutory obligations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, labour law) — you don’t need to be an expert, but you should know what they are and why they matter * Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing detail * Confident using trackers, CRMs, or similar tools; systematic rather than technical * Excellent written and spoken English — you’ll be communicating daily with UK\-based colleagues and clients **Ways of Working** * Available and responsive during GMT/BST business (UK/EU) hours — real\-time coordination with the UK team matters * Organised and thorough — this role is largely about making sure nothing gets missed * Comfortable working independently on day\-to\-day tasks, and clear on when to escalate * Good cultural awareness and the ability to communicate professionally across different regions and seniority levels **What to Expect** This is a varied role with consistent expectations.
