Senior HR Manager (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR and operations management, preferably in a fast-paced technology, services, or growing organization.
• Strong experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, HRIS/HRMS, and compliance.
• Good knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, EOBI, Social Security, and applicable employment regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle employee matters effectively.
• Strong understanding of facilities management, procurement, vendor coordination, and workplace operations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead core HR operations, including employee relations, employment contracts, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and oversee the interview, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Manage daily facilities operations, including workplace maintenance, safety, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee procurement and inventory of hardware, software, and other operational requirements while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Manage payroll processing in coordination with Finance and ensure timely resolution of payroll discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, and coordinate with providers to ensure competitive and effective coverage.
• Implement performance management processes and work with department leaders on performance metrics, reviews, and career development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, team events, and continuous learning.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to improve HR efficiency, productivity, and overall operational excellence.
