Position Overview: Minerva, a leading clinical research organization, is seeking a passionate and organized Senior HR Executive to manage and enhance key areas of Learning \& Development , Employee Training , HR Operations , and Performance Evaluation . This night-shift role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is excited to drive growth, development, and operational consistency in a people-first company.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning \& Development (L\&D):
- Identify learning needs across departments and develop annual training plans
- Coordinate internal and external trainings (GCP, ISO certifications, soft skills, technical upskilling)
- Manage training calendars, attendance records, evaluations, and post-training assessments
- Align L\&D initiatives with employee growth plans and company objectives
Performance Evaluation:
- Oversee the complete performance appraisal cycle: goal setting, mid-year and final reviews
- Maintain evaluation data, track KPIs, and coordinate timely reviews with department heads
- Assist in increment calculations and preparing performance summaries for decision-makers
- Ensure process transparency and communication at every evaluation stage
HR Operations:
- Manage daily HR activities including employee onboarding, documentation, and records management
- Maintain HRIS data and ensure employee files are accurate and up-to-date
- Provide HR support to employees during night shift and handle operational escalations
- Assist with employee engagement programs, policy communication, and internal compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on L\&D, performance, and operations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in the night shift
- Experience in clinical research or healthcare sector is preferred
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT)
- Transport: Company-provided transport for female staff; transport allowance for male employees
