**Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)**
**Experience: 12\+ Years**
**Location: Hyderabad (Preferably looking for local Hyderabad candidates)**
**Job Type: Full\-Time**
**Job Summary:**
As a Senior HR Manager, you will lead HR initiatives and acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals. This role balances strategy, employee experience, compliance, performance management, and organizational developments., while serving as the primary HR point of contact for senior stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and people management skills to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Employee Relations \& Engagement**
* Build strong relationships with employees and foster a positive a positive work culture.
* Address employee grievances, medicate conflicts, and ensure fair treatment
* Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
**Culture Building**
* Act as a culture champion embedding organizational values into daily practices and leadership behaviours
* Drive high\-performance, high\-trust culture balancing accountability, empathy, and inclusion
* Support change management initiatives to sustain culture during growth, transformation, or restructuring
**Strategic HR Partnership**
* Partner with business Heads, Delivery Leaders, and Practice Heads to drive workforce strategy aligned with business objectives
* Translate business plans into actionable people initiatives (capacity planning, skill readiness, succession planning)
* Act as a trusted advisor on organization design, change management, and leadership effectiveness
**Talent \& Performance Management**
* Drive end\-to\-end performance management cycle (goal setting, mid\-year reviews, appraisals, calibration)
* Partner with leaders on high\-potential identification, succession planning, and leadership development
* Coach managers on performance improvement plan (PIP). Career progression, and feedback culture
**Compensation \& Benefits Management**
* Design competitive compensation structure and benefit programs
* Conduct salary benchmarking and reviews to ensure market competitiveness
* Manage incentive and bonus plans, ensuring alignment with performance and business goals.
**Compliance and Risk Management**
* Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Oversee workforce health and safety initiatives.
* Mitigate risks related to employee relations, retention, and discrimination claims.
**Organizational Development**
* Lead organizational change initiatives
* Support business transformation projects, restructuring.
* Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
**Stakeholder Collaboration**
* Partner with senior leadership and leaders to provide HR insights.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* SHRM\-CP, SHRM\-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
* 12\+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership or senior HR role…Preferably experience in IT, Technology or SAP companies
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
* Demonstrated experience with strategic HR planning and implementing talent management programs.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho, Keka) and Microsoft Office Suite.
