**About The Role**
The Employee Life Cycle role is responsible for
**end\-to\-end HR operational support across key employee touchpoints**
, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and customer\-centric employee experience. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to execute HR processes accurately, on time, and in line with global and local policies.
**Requirements:**
* Responsibilities:
* Employee Life Cycle Management
+ Manage end\-to\-end employee life cycle activities including:
- Pre\-onboarding and onboarding
- Employment changes (promotions, transfers, role/manager changes)
- Leave of absence, extensions, and return\-to\-work processing
- Offboarding/ Exit (resignation to final exit)
+ Ensure all transactions are executed accurately in Servicenow, Workday (or HRIS) and downstream systems.
* 2\. HR Operations \& Case Management
+ Handle employee and manager queries via case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, myCarrier).
+ Provide timely, accurate resolutions in line with defined SLAs.
+ Create, track, and close cases while maintaining clear documentation and audit trails.
* 3\. Data Accuracy \& Compliance
+ Maintain high levels of HR data integrity across systems.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local statutory requirements.
+ Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations.
* 4\. Stakeholder Collaboration
+ Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, IT, Finance, and regional HR teams to enable smooth execution of HR transactions.
+ Act as the operational SME for Employee Life Cycle processes.
+ Escalate risks, exceptions, or policy deviations with clear recommendations
+ Deliver a positive employee and manager experience through clear communication and proactive support.
+ Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce friction and rework.

+ Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize ELC processes.
+ Support SOP creation, updates, and knowledge management initiatives.
+ Participate in or lead process transitions, harmonization, and transformation projects.
* 7\. Reporting \& Metrics
+ Track operational metrics such as SLA adherence, accuracy, volume trends, and resolution quality.
+ Prepare insights and reports for leadership to support decision\-making.
* Strong knowledge of Employee Life Cycle processes
* Hands\-on experience with HRIS (Workday and Servicenow preferred)
* Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and controls
* Case management and service delivery experience

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* 2–4 of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services
* Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Experience supporting multi\-country or regional operations is an advantage
