We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced General Contracting (GC) Estimator who can lead accurate cost estimations and drive competitive project bidding aligned with U.S. construction standards.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝

6 Months–1 Year | General Contracting Estimation (Mandatory)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Lead full-scope quantity takeoffs and cost estimates across all trades

Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs with precision

Develop and finalize competitive bid proposals for GC projects

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for scope clarity

Evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing across multiple trades

Ensure estimates align with U.S. construction standards and practices

Mentor junior estimators and review their takeoffs for accuracy

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or relevant field

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in GC/general estimation

Familiarity with U.S.-based commercial and residential projects preferred

Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar estimating tools
