Senior Financial Analyst

The business sources premium wines from global producers and supplies leading hospitality and retail customers, with a strong commercial focus and ambitious growth plans. As the Senior Finance Analyst, you will support the Nordic markets through financial analysis, forecasting, and insights. You will own financial models end\-to\-end and act as a key business partner to drive decision\-making, profitability, and overall business performance. **The Role:** * Act as a finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams * Own and deliver end\-to\-end monthly forecasting and support annual budgeting cycles * Deliver performance analysis across Net Sales, Gross Margin, and customer/channel profitability * Identify risks, opportunities, and key commercial performance drivers * Develop and evaluate business cases for new products and strategic initiatives * Produce monthly management reports and senior\-level business review presentations * Track actuals vs forecast and highlight key variances and trends * Drive improvements in forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes * Use tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to enhance automation and insight quality * Take full ownership of financial outputs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery **About You:** * 4\+ years’ experience in FP\&A, Commercial Finance, or similar analytical finance roles * Experience within FMCG or fast\-paced commercial environments * Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills * Highly analytical with strong problem\-solving ability * Confident business partner with ability to influence and challenge stakeholders * Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers * Fluent in English If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to you!
