Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a full\-time Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team on\-site in New Mirpur. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and ensuring the optimal performance of electrical systems and components. Key responsibilities include overseeing project requirements, conducting technical analysis, implementing engineering designs, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with cross\-disciplinary teams. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and contributing to project planning and resource management activities. **Qualifications** * Expertise in Electrical Engineering principles, system design, and energy distribution * Proficiency in CAD tools, circuit design software, and simulation tools * Skills in project planning, resource management, and team collaboration * Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of electrical systems * Knowledge of industry standards, compliance regulations, and safety guidelines * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and technical skills * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required; advanced degree is a plus * Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an advantage * Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members
