**The Role**
This is a
**high\-impact leadership role**
with full ownership of sales, team building, and market expansion in Abu Dhabi.
You will be responsible for driving revenue, scaling a team, and positioning Allegiance as a key player in the Abu Dhabi market.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and grow the
**Abu Dhabi sales division**
, driving revenue and performance
* Build, manage, and scale a
**high\-performing team of real estate advisors**
* Develop and execute
**market expansion strategies**
* Establish strong relationships with
**developers, investors, and key stakeholders**
* Identify new opportunities and stay ahead of
**market trends**
* Set clear
**KPIs, targets, and performance standards**
* Oversee
**day\-to\-day operations**
of the Abu Dhabi office
* Collaborate with senior leadership on
**commercial strategy and growth plans**
**What We’re Looking For**
* Proven leadership experience in the
**UAE real estate market**
* Strong understanding of the
**Abu Dhabi Market**
* Track record of
**building and scaling successful sales teams**
* Well\-connected within the
**real estate ecosystem (developers, investors, brokers)**
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Highly driven, commercial, and results\-oriented mindset
