Job Description
**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced **Senior DevOps Engineer** to manage, automate, and optimize our on\-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on experience with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems in on\-site environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, implement, and maintain on\-premises CI/CD pipelines.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
* Manage servers, storage, and network resources in on\-premises environments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and deployment issues.
* Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability.
* Ensure security, compliance, and backup strategies are implemented effectively.
* Document processes and maintain configuration management standards.
**Requirements:**
* 4–6 years of DevOps experience with **on\-premises infrastructure**.
* Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows servers, virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Hands\-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
* Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
* Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
* Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: Rs250,000\.00 \- Rs330,000\.00 per month
